Sorry I had to vent! Saturday is supposed to be my wedding dress fitting day, not a shopping excursion. I would like to be relaxed and enjoy the process of trying on veils and looking for accessories on an empty and flat stomach.

It is nice that my SIL (my brother's wife, whom I do like) wants to come. Fine, even though I really didn't want anyone but my Mom and I to see my dress. Then she hijacks the whole day. It is just a bummer. My appointment was for 1PM so FDH, FSD and I could have a slow, easy Saturday morning now I have to meet them to go shopping at 9 30am and she will be bringing my niece who just turned 2 months. Can't she let me have one day to myself??? Don't people (even immediate family) understand how stressful step life is already???
