Since SO's 5 yr old was kicked out if latchkey we have him for 2 week of his suspension and likely BM will have us keep his dd too, BM has for the last 3 nights text and called wanting to talk to the kids and according to my phone she was already blowing up my phone before 8amthe wanting me to let the kids talk to her and as a mom I should understand how hard it is to miss them so much ahe can't hardly function (bleh) I just text her back I'd let SO know. And reminded her my phone is for emergencies only.
SO has told her their bedtime is 8 and from 7and till then they are doing showers bedtime and bedtime story what time does she call 7:58-8:30 then rants because he won't let the kids talk, all she does is disrupt their routine and make them cry to go home because "I miss you so much I'm so linely without you, your dad and lalena aren't being mean are they I know how they are." Then they cry and whine, the big fake high pitched whine my kids would get spanked for. It then takes an hour to get them calmed down.
These kids when she has them fall asleep in class bedtime here is routine and consistent. SO will let them call her if they ask which they do sometimes and will let her talk to them between 6 and 7him he's told her that she will not talk to them everynight and to call at those times on Tuesdays and Thursday's, but nope she doesn't listen and has said she'll call the cops which he's said go ahead call and she doesn't. She can't manage the kids behavior and can't manage without latchkey we driving 30 min away to get them to school because she won't agree to them going to our school district which is by far better than the one they go to and she has to drive right past every day to go to work. I kinda hope she moves in with loser bf since he lives in our district but with his past serious drug history idk I've heard he stayed clean for his 2mom yr probation maybe he will stay clean but Meth is unfortunately present in the circle he's been around. (I'm friends with his sponsor who has stated concern on his ability to stay clean around these people he doesn't know I know who it is)
Point is it'll be a long week or two of BM calling and court Friday will likely piss her off and SO will have the kids that day, uggh I have too much going on as is.
