Of latchkey, yep brilliant BM has refused to let SO have the kids for his week he normally does so that made it 2 weeks with no visit and his son's behavior was so bad he's been kicked out of latchkey, BM got a warning last week that one more blue mark(the worst )and he'd be kicked out for 2 weeks and asked for SO's help hebtold her she had two options start punishing him and be a parent or give him his kids. She then ranted about judging her andvhe knows nothing she just can't work if he gets kicked out so she wants help fixing him. SO ignored her, then got the text Wednesday his 5yr old was kicked out so he again told her, her options she said fine you can just have him for 2 weeks so SO picked him up after school (he'll get his dd today for probably 2 weeks too) turned out the suspension doesn't even start till Monday! On top of that all her kids (she has a 12yr old that's not SO's) may get kicked out for non payment she's 1000$ behind on payments. All this comes right along with their court date next Friday and the way BM talks she may have gotten the court date wrong and thinks it's the 22nd she's the one refiled and has a lawyer but SO has a ton of evidence on his side plus the school and she just gave him the kids for 2 weeks! I hope this works in his favor but he needs to get onto getting them clothes and food cause I'm broke and won't be spending what I have on them my bills need paid too, I have a feeling BM is going to throw up her hands.
