Another blog got ne thinking...DH responsibility

On another post someone wrote about each of us taking responsibility...which got ne thinking...My DH takes no responsibility for anything! Stuff as stupid as driving down the road, he is moving to the right lane and looking back to the right...the guy in front starts to also move to the right & almost hit us...I yell at DH "watch our, that guy is going to hit us!" he gets angry at ME because I yelled at him to watch out, when he was looking to the lane he was moving to and it "wasn't his fault!" Are you kidding me?

I am worn out...

And yes, I AM to blame for allowing this to happen. I AM to blame for not getting the heck out sooner..I should've gotten out years ago when crazy witch took us to the cleaners...and now I can't figure out how to get the heck out...

The reality of many non-custodial parents...I hope everyone watches...and realizes the pain that comes to the non-custodial parent...and at the end, the children.

There is much blame from skids and ex-wives/husbands geared towards the new-wife/husband...when the reality is that the blame usually lies directly with the parents...

I just spoke to the Texas OAG (of course, told them I was a BM since they don't help NCP) and asked them if I could receive cs if my preggo 15yr old lived w/boyfriend...they stated that technically yes, since I was custodial but ncp could ask for custody and might/probably get it...that is ridiculous...anyway, does anyone have case law on this? I mean crazy's kid would make our life hell if dh got custody and of course, there's never any guarantee of it...we'd just be throwing away money...but it's not fair to pay a custodial parent child support if the kid doesn't live w/them...argh...

I just called the Texas OAG and they have some automated info about establishing paternity...it states that if mother is married, husband is presumed father of child born...unless bf signs doc at hospital to establish paternity...BUT it states that husband must ALSO sign form negating paternity! Are u kidding? I know dh never did this or even knew about it...plz someone tell me that crazy's kids don't have any way to go back to my dh later to get inheritance, cs, etc...I feel sick to my stomach hearing this!

facebook & the pics teen post...is it normal to post pics of your "divorced" parents together?

I found it interesting today as I was looking at my husband's best friend's facebook page...he was "tagged" by his daughter (from his first marriage) in a photo...and old one at that, which means, she had to obviously scan it...of her dad, her mom and herself (she was bout 3, she is now 18)...and I wondered, is this normal?

We moved here because mil offerred a rental house w/no rent paying (usually 350)...we have had to spend an arm & a leg for it to be livable...in the tropics, no fans, ac, one full size bed for us 3, window screens torn, no hot water, no working stove, no fridge, ants everywhere, termites in only closet, no bedroom doors...

anyone called CPS on BM for allowing kid to skip school, innapropriate behavior for age, etc?

I am wondering if anyone has called CPS on BM for allowing her child to skip school for years, allow her child to have innapropriate behavior for the child's age, etc? DH was told by a friend that maybe that's the best way to go...I kind of agree, but then again I don't...
