The cops did go out to BM's house to talk to her. They also spoke with SD12, who was not at school for the fourth day in a row. BM claimed that SD12 was sick, but the cop told DH that she seemed okay. BM claims that someone hacked her email and sent the itinerary. She told the cops that it was probably DH! She told them that he pulls this all the time and he has been trying to win back SD12. Have I ever mentioned before that this woman is delusional??

So, the cops don't buy it. There isn't anything they can do as she didn't really commit any crime. And, we can't prove it was her.

Our attorney also doesn't buy her story and doubts the judge will either, given her history. The attorney had a few suggestions. Due to this situation and a few other things, he wants us to go ahead and ask the judge to cut down the amount of contact SD9 has with BM. He also wants to file a motion of contempt, as BM has not followed through with the judge's orders that SD12 be put in counseling. He wants to ask that SD12 undergo a psych evaluation.

It is all so frustrating. I am just glad DH didn't actually go to the airport and start frantically searching for her. I'm sure BM would have loved that.
