the 3rd party who claimed for cs for the sd now 16yrs old. Sent a letter in response to our wanting the assessment reduced , sent it after her 28 days to argue.
she totally downgraded me (we once were friends) said i could not budget our expenses , anything & everything she said so many harsh things :sick:
I just cant believe what this woman said . Said that hubby she not have moved on and started another family , that his main duty was to his first family.

been busy organising our move. Havent heard from the sd's. The older one 16 now apparently took off with 3rd party to Darwin ... didnt even say goodbye...
but they did apply again for cs. Had a conference on monday hoping to get it reduced! Fingers crossed! If there is any aussies out there on A Current Affair they have been doing stories about the new system! Hope it gets the message out hey?

its sd's 16th tomorrow. should i of bought her a card after everything she has said or done? Are we at fault like the 3rd party said "that we are the adults and should be letting her treat us this way?"
Having a moment of regret , it will pass as give it a few days and we will cop abuse for not acknowledging her birthday!

Well , just like she is fishing , 15 yr old sd rang today , just too keep playing games , telling hubby she still wants to have a relationship, but she wouldnt tell him anything about her life. She said she dosent have a mobile , all she did was lie.
Then i heard her say she dosent love me at all( that hurt , but it hurts more seeing her hurt hubby) the ex did this for so many years now she is. I mean she told him a month ago to get lost!
just lies or no talking at all.
