totally abused
the 3rd party who claimed for cs for the sd now 16yrs old. Sent a letter in response to our wanting the assessment reduced , sent it after her 28 days to argue.
she totally downgraded me (we once were friends) said i could not budget our expenses , anything & everything she said so many harsh things :sick:
I just cant believe what this woman said . Said that hubby she not have moved on and started another family , that his main duty was to his first family.
We havent a decision yet , but if they take all her false accusations into account i will be taking this further. she goes on and on about them supporting the sd, but she wasnt asked to do this ,the sd had her mother to go back to or us, the sd jsut didnt want any parental control.
Then she had a go at the expenses we occur with our speical needs child and totally ripped it apart , i'm sad that i ever thought this woman a friend .
This sd has done all this stuff to both her parents i just hope she soon stuffs up and does exactly what she did to us all. And they soon find out just how unstable this girl is. :O

I am a little confused but it sounds like there is someone who is not mother or father to your SD, that is applying for child support for her?
Did this person testify in front of a judge or something? I am just a little confused, I think you must have a different system for settling these things? in Oz!
But I completely believe you were abused in court, that's what usually happens to the dads it seems! Sorry honey, please give more info if you are up to it

sorry i took so long in replying ... yes people who we thought were our friends took the sd in , since the end if june , she said it was all me , we have always gotten on, i have done so much for that girl, anyway we later learnt the real reason anyway( seeing a 19 yr old) which they have had charged for sex with a minor. :jawdrop:
So anyway now she is paired up with the bm and saying alot of crap and fighting together with cs, as the bm has the other daughter 13ys old who hasnt talked to hubby in 7 yrs. :O
Its all real complicated and real long , im just so over all the bull#### !
that teengers have this right to screw u. She wouldnt even go back to her mother , but they arent seeing any of that... i think the bm signed over some guardian thing we dont know havent been included in anything, if they did they did it without hubby's permission too :O
