So a lot has happened since the last post. Family based started coming once a week to each home. They are working with us to get into the psych and pushing for a TSS for SS4 to be able to return to daycare. Earliest appt available through their agency is at the end of the month. Well that doesn't work bc I return to my full-time work at middle of month and we need services ASAP! So we trumped BM's ass again and got shit done through the agency and are using another sister agency and have an appt on the 12th.

GRRR!

We are now going to be going through family based counseling- per bm- just broke the news to us last night- but has had the info for a month now! GRRR- lack of communication sucks!

Well isn't this just a lovely start to our Monday morning? Let me back up to two weeks ago. Change SS (now 4 1/2 years old) to go back to bio mom by putting him back in bio mom's clothes on Wednesday (he goes to bio mom on Wednesday and back to us on Saturday). No bruises. Get a text Thursday evening from bio dad (my husband) that the SS is telling bio mom that dad punched his thigh- mom sent a pic and dad forwarded it to me that shows a bruise on his thigh- I took one look at the pic and said it was a bite mark-.

Bio-Mom has SS3 (potty-trained for a year) in pullups!

UGGG! Just another piss me off day on Saturday (our pick-up day). We picked SS3 up and took him to the hall where we belong as firefighters. When SS said he had to pee, I took him to the rest room, where I found out he was in a pull-up and had diaper rash again! I have had this kid potty trained for the last year with NO accidents during the day and about 5 or 6 overnight accidents- which I think is a hell of an accomplishment for a 3 year old that has gone through all the shit his bio-mom has!

I am a Smom of a 3 yr. old SS- The custody agreement is that my fiance gets him at 5p on Saturdays, and Mom gets gim 5p on Wed. So we have 57% custody with 4 days. Bio-mom called CYS to file false reports earlier this week, and when I went to go pick up SS yesterday, she started her games. I went to pick SS up to put him in the car and she's right on my ass saying "Let me tell you why I called." No problem- we knew it was her and the investigations came back negative with nothing found, case closed. She then goes to grab my car door where I just put SS in his seat.
