Is anyone else familiar with court ordered Post Secondary Support? My husband is court ordered to pay a portion of his sons college expenses, as petitioned by mom. I'm all for helping with college but being court ordered to pay 53%?

My boyfriend and I have been together a year and are planning for marriage with the appropriate prenup as we both have been married before. We are compatible in many different ways and more so than any other man. He is retired military. He has 1 child, a daughter and she is 30. He and is first wife divorced amicably. He was a career military man. Good provider but not really totally involved with her raising.

... from SS19 living here, disrespecting our home, lying to me and DH in our home, coming home high & with his still-illegal-at-his-age weed stash, not cleaning up after himself or in any way contributing to the household upkeep (or even his own laundry and personal hygiene!), manipulating for money and rides, etc. 

Well - I am SO glad I came across this site. I have felt AWFUL the past year or so dealing with the feelings I have towards my SS10.  My DH and I have been together about 5 years, married almost 3.  I have a BD16 and it took her awhile to adjust to the situation.  At first I spoiled my SS.  We had a really great relationship.  My DH would have him when he wasn't working.  Then after awhile he changed jobs which allowed him to have SS more. I was always for it.  I even helped/pushed him to get 50/50.  The BM is a piece of work.
