Feeling so grateful and FREE because earlier this month, I moved. Two states away. Therefore:

The long saga is finally almost over. Ex agreed to the settlement offer (while complaining to my attorney it was $30k less than he should get), signed, then I signed days later. 

...  peace & calm, as DH agreed to move out temporarily. No mantrums, love-bombing, or daily infomercials on newly-purchased expensive stuff (specific outdoor/sport activity equipment & gear, think REI on steroids). No anxiety counting down until DH comes home, because he's not here. Rented a place from his friend, temporary but at least he's gone. 

AdultSkid has finally moved out. I'm free at last, Hallelujah! I feel as though a mighty weight has lifted off of me. I have been waiting for this day to come for a very long time.. I pray that my resentments will improve and I'll be able to stand having AdultSkid over for Christmas and the like. We won't have anywhere for AdultSkid to sleep so I won't have to worry about AdultSkid overstaying a welcome. Has anyone else felt less frustrated angry resentful after an AdultSkid moves out? AdultSkid is awful in a lot of ways. I don't know of that will change with time.

... from SS19 living here, disrespecting our home, lying to me and DH in our home, coming home high & with his still-illegal-at-his-age weed stash, not cleaning up after himself or in any way contributing to the household upkeep (or even his own laundry and personal hygiene!), manipulating for money and rides, etc.
