We keep my SS7 every weekday evening and every 2nd, 4th and 5th weekends. This month we had some weekend trading, so we've had him 3 weekends in a row. We have a remarkably good relationship with BM, but I just don’t understand how anybody could be so lazy.

Every night we have him overnight he doesn’t want to go to bed. And we’re not trying to get him to bed early, we’re talking 11pm. Turns out BM has been keeping him up until 2-3am with her so that they can both sleep late into the day. She doesn’t work and she’s taking a year off of school, because travelling 30 minutes to do her student teaching was just “too far!”

Her car broke down at 3 am the other night. She called her parents and woke them to come get her, which they reluctantly did. While she is telling me this story she says “If they hadn’t answered I would have called DH!”

Really? You’d call my DH 5 years after you broke up to come get you at 3 am even though he has a 4 month old baby that still wakes us in the night and needs all the sleep he can get? He’s not your DH anymore!
