Starting my REFI Engines!!

All of the cabinets are IN! The slate backsplash is completed. GG is finishing up the trim.

I'm frantically applying on line to refi this monstrosity!!! This in turn should free up some more money to finish up the job and get it ready to SELL SELL SELL (hopefully the market will pick up by the end of this year)

I've applied with my local credit union, GMAC, etc.

Any other ideas out there? Have any of you ladies and gents refied recently?

We did a VA refi so we didn't look at anything else. I'm sorry I don't have more info!
Your exit plan is coming together, the faster the better.

See in THEORY, GG could apply for a VA as he's a veteran of the Gulf War (army; no active combat)

BUT THERE'S NO WAY IN HELL I'd put his name on this piece of dumbass property (unless I'm out completely and it's ONLY in his name)

SH!T! That sucks so, so much....

It is now time to drink and figure out how long it will take to get GG to finish.
