I've started walking for an hour after work at the local school district.

It happens to be in an elementary/intermediate school with two floors.

I couldn't help noticing all the lovely handwriting essays on the wall. These were the 2nd graders and their handwriting was far superior to Venus De Milo's on her best day (she's 12 and in the 6th grade but failing miserably as usual)

Anyway, I'm viewing it as 5 hours a week to be alone with my thoughts and away from the miserable Godsgift.

I walk at a fairly good pace. I'm not sure what the length of the corridors are but it takes me about 5 minutes to do one circuit at a quick pace.

I feel more relaxed afterward I can tell you that.
