This occured in my home state where my own twin sisters live.  I'm not a twin. They are.  

So the guy is dropping off his twins to his ex wife and he gets murdered on a one way street when he gets out of the car to remove a tire out of the road.  The suspect shot him in front of his two year old daughter.

THe ex wife doesn't allow the 9 year old twins to attend his funeral.

And the new wife says not only did the two year old witness her father's murder but she cries for her half siblings that she is no longer allowed to see.

I think the article is pretty clear on who suspect numero uno is.  What do you guys think?  Despicable if it's the ex wife who arranged to have him killed.
