Pouting
Not the SDs but DP. I totally freaking fell for it tonight.
Having a good couple days with SD9...she is eating everything we do now, a great change from just 6 mos ago let alone a year...she's happy and having fun. Just had a little glitch with DP complaining that the visitation schedule he AND BM worked on, TOGETHER, wasn't fair. I made him look at the spreadsheet again (plus I needed to know SDs schedule for next week) and he clearly has 2 more days than BM. So I basically told him I don't see the problem; their schedule is haphazard so deal with it. If you have issues talk with BM not me. And walked away.
Tonight he threw a pouting routine when he figured out HE needed to take SD9s friend home. It was late (too late IMHO). Had all these excuses...basically I got sick of hearing it, told her friend to grab her stuff and were gone. Got home,, pissed because WHO has to get up early and who DIDN'T have to work today? Then he's pissed at me for being frustrated....blah blah blah...then he says, if you are going to be like this when stuff like this happens I don't want you doing it at all. I perk up and say, "Deal. I won't do this again, ever. You figure out the schedule with her friends dad (also not all that reliable) and make sure the plan is understood BEFORE she comes over or vice versa." Her mom and I never have issues because we talk about pickup/drop off/time before.
AND he was complaining about all the driving 1) fix your dammed car so it's running right and 2) maybe the two friends don't NEED to see each other every single day we have SD9.
