She picked SS up from the summer camp that DH had sent him to. She was still under a safety plan by DFS but since she no longer lives with abusive ex they have no recourse. They wont do anything. Now BM is refusing to work with DH on his 6 weeks of Summer vactaion he is supposed to get because he "didnt notify her by the 15th of May" Because he was living with us for the last 60+ days dumbass!! Up until the day she picked him up we did not even know where she was living! Each time DH picked her up to take her and SS somewhere for visitation she was walking alongside the road!

Then she refused the 2 week period the end of July through first part of Aug vacation time because "he will be out of town with me and family in Xstate for a family reunion and your time will have to be worked around that" So either she is stupid or once again lying she cant be in Xstate she has a hearing scheduled right in the middle of that week for her and DH custody modification.

So now DH is having to work through the GAL to get vaction time which is going to be hard to complete if they dont get on it, he is supposed to get 3 2 week periods and BM says they cant run consecutive because that is not in SS "best interest"

Bright side.....SS made all A's except for one 89 percent the last quarter in school when he was with us. Up from his previous B's C's and D's.
