update to cs suspending dhs license

Dh called them and it was nothing that yuck said. It was more of what would they do if he got more behind and telling her the laws. Never said they are doing it as of yet.

Since dh has a job they will just take it out of his check like before.

What pisses me off is that yuck admitted to calling them 4 times or so yesterday alone knowing he has a job and she doesn't care.

Somehow the info that dh has a job was not relayed the case worker when dh called on Monday.

I swear this woman is stupid and so manipulative. She making the case worker think dh was a dead beat and didn't care.

They all do that. The Sea Donkey LOVES to tell people that DH doesn't pay CS. Nope, he sure doesn't. They have 50/50 with no CS. That's why he doesn't pay. When she tried to take him to court for CS she was working for a temp agency and she was making a little more than DH and the CSE worker told her that she would have to pay DH CS because she made more so she dropped it. DH didn't pursue it...

Meh, BM keeps on calling her caseworker 4-5 times a day, the caseworker will just stop taking her calls. In my state these caseworkers are totally swamped in case files and they don't have the time or necessity to have to field calls from every BM who is hysterical their CS is a day or two late. Yes, they get plenty of this type of calls. If your BM now continues to basically abuse the benefits these offices are truly meant for (true deadbeat parents hiding out, working under the tables, not following the CS guidelines blah blah), they'll field her calls. Nothing says they must be available multi times a day and if BM gets all crazy on them they will just make her haul her buns on down the to local/regional office...it tends to cut down on crazies being too crazy.

Glad your DH got it worked out. But let him take this incident as a 'lesson'. Sh*t happens, times get rough and it is his responsibility to keep the CS office informed as to if he gets laid off, changes job ect. See, now all is ok this time and he called and worked it out and if there's ever a next time, he now knows he too has a responsibility in his role of being the NCP. Instead of trying to work civil and rational with the crazy , he just automatically deals straight through the official system. Life's easier that way.

Your DH will have his regular CS and his arrears amount taken directly from his paycheck and all is right in his world again...well, at least until BM goes all crazy again. Smile

UGH! I just wonder what is going to happen to all these NCP dads who can barely afford to buy a newspaper at the end of the week once CS and taxes are taken out. I know Guilty Daddy doesn't have insurance and I certainly won't marry him to put him on mine after he's show his true colours to me. Now he's going to have to pay the $250 a year Obamacare Tax for not having health insurance on top of everything else.

Lucky he is more than happy that he not with her.

But the thing is dh did let them know about his job. The lady up front didn't let his case worker know. Then yuck 'said' she called 4 or so times a day but never bothered to tell them that he has a job. Surprise NOT!

Anyway it is worked out and the case worker never told yuck any of what she said that the case worker said to her. That happened last time when dh was ahead and yuck tried to tell dh he was behind. She lied go figure. LOL
