Then she sends the kids here, does not even drop them off on the correct day, so instead of 48 hrs he has 28 cause she will not follow a court order, then demands that they call her from our house.

Give me a break. And I know these kids are playing this game. They come Sat morning and leave Sun afternoon, one whole day away from her claws. she is supposed to drop them off friday at 6 but refuses to take them. She has many excuses.
