BM Breaks RO, Police Contact her, but nothing happens...

What on earth do we need to do to get the police to take action against her?

We've submitted several police reports when she breaks the order. Tonight she made reference to SS that "we'll call the cops on her again" so I knwo that the police are reaching out to her when we engage them.

But what on earth do we need to do to actually get her in trouble for breaking the order?

Can you petition her back to Civil/Family court and show the Judge copies of the reports you've filed for her being violation?

I would also suggest contacting the State's Attorney/District Attorney and seeing if you can file charges through them if the police are not doing anything.
