So BM just filed a motion for legal custody

Even though they were taken away from her in Oct, they aren't allowed to spend the night there yet, her husband who molested her daughter is still in the picture although he isn't allowed at the house if the kids visit, and she has no car. WTF!?!?!?! Can someone tell me where this woman's head is? We take good care of her kids, both make good money, both have cars, have a house that isn't being foreclosed on and don't smoke 2 packs a day in the house.

I know exactly where her head is. It's up her ass.

Typical case of a BM who's more concerned about what she wants than what's best for her kids. It's sickening.

it blows my mind. We have been over backwards to change our whole lives around and have them all the time instead of the 50/50 we had before. He filed a motion for full custody and one week later she filed back wanting the same. We only did it because we know it is best for the kids and want to get them settled so we can move their school. This woman is a piece of work. Even the CPS worker said last night that BM chose loser husband over her 2 kids. CPS and the guardian ad litem both have stated that if she will not agree in mediation they will support the kids living with us. But it made my husband furious. He has been through a lot it makes me so mad that he is such a good father and she wants to take even more time away than he had before her husband molested her daugher in her house. Which she knew about for 6 months and never told anyone. She was feeding him sleeping pills for god sakes!!!!!!!!! UGH sorry I had to rant!

Don't try to figure out crazy.

Five years ago, Uberskank remarried her exH in secret. In secret because the CO for DH's kid and middle dad's kid specifically stated he could not be within 100 yards of DH's kid or her sister. To complicate matters Uberskank and exH had a kid as well.

When DH and middle dad found out about the marriage, they took her to court for emergency custody since she blatantly violated the CO by remarrying him. She claimed he was only in the house when DH's kid and middle kid were with their dads.

To this day I cannot figure out how she was able to justify marrying a man who could not be within 100 yards of two of her three kids.

same situation. She has 2 to her molester husband. both under 2 years old. She has to 2 my husband. She won't leave him. He isn't allowed in the house, but she has no car and has to rely on him to drive her around. So how is she going to keep my skids full time and not have him in contact with them? It makes 0 sense!
