Snow White and the Evil Step Mother

When I was younger I rooted for Snow White and thought that the evil queen got what she deserved. Now I wonder was Snow White really innocent? What about Cinderella, was she truly the victim of mistreatment?

Anyone know where to get a poison apple? lol }:)

If memory serves, I believe the original story to Snow White was that the evil step-mother was actually her bio-mother.

Disney passed the story through their filter and decided that it was inconceivable for a BM to be so cruel to her child. The evil stepmom was much more palatable and acceptable to the generic American audience.
