O/T the word "t-roll"

SanAntonioSoccerMom's picture

Is the word t-roll banned from this site? I have seen two posts with the word in it disappear and I read one or two mentions regarding not using that word on this site. I read the "terms of use/agreement" and did not see that word as specifically banned. Can someone fill me in please?

From the FAQ:

"What are the rules of conduct?

First, by creating and using an account on this site, each user indicates their understanding and acceptance of the site's Terms of Use. We realize however that the terms of use can be a little dry to read so we're planning on drafting a formal set of clear and easy-to-understand rules to follow. Until then, play nice, no harsh, offensive, or abusive language, and you'll do good."

It's typically used in namecalling which falls outside of the "play nice" rule.

No, we can call bm any names we want. We have to be respectful of OTHER USERS, not respectful of everyone, lol.

The moderators just don't want use sniping back and forth amongst ourselves and being nasty when someone gives advice you don't like.

Feel free to call your bm anything you like..... In fact I encourage it Wink

You mean like in reference to the ugly beings that hide under the bridges, blocking your way ???! Those things scared me as a young girl running through the creeks and forests. :O

BUT it might not be taken out of this one cause we technically are only talking about the definition of the word, not necessarily calling a particualr person the word.
