Sad so my husband gets a text from his ex yesterday stating that she has filed a claim with the state saying he is late with child support!
Technically he is not... In the divorce decree it states he is to pay her every other week asked on his pay schedule... She does not want it directly deposited which is how he wants to pay it. Instead she relies on the kids bringing home a check on Sunday nights when the visit.... They Never visit another thing pisses me off! The SD has been here 4 times since Christmas andreally only comes up when she needs something. Like more clothes. On top of it we pay their cell phone bills. I'm so done!!!!! Mind you she does not work and is married to the cheapest man o earth her mother pays for the one kids school tuition because we refused. We pay a lot each month th and never see hide nor hear of the kids. In the thirty days a month th we may see the older boy (16) 4 total days.... Grrrtttttttttrrrrrrrr

meh - she is just trying to rile you guys up and it is working. If that is what the divorce decree says, she has not a leg to stand on.

Just say NO and follow the CO to the T on your end. If they don't follow the order for parenting time, he could file/counter-file for Contempt on HER.

Wow. If her intention is to get everyone riled and ruffle feathers she has succeeded. Tell her to go ahead and file and then you will counter her motion with a motion to dismiss based on X,Y, & Z.

Thank k god my husband is level headed and let's in roll off. He was like go ahead file ypu dumb bitch LOL
I'm just tired of her. She just needs to go away LOL. I'm sick of paying all this money to support her when none of it goes to the kids.

Don't stress, take her to chid support, and let them dole it out. Your husband's check will be garnished every pay. For example, if he is paid every two weeks, 1/26 of the annual obligation will be deducted per pay.
