So BM's attorney demanded this extensive discover for purposes of sticking BF for the maximum amount of CS so she could quit her job and sit on her ass. It was due yesterday, and she'll get her answers today at the Christmas party. This is what the attorney and I wrapped up for her...

BF has a disability and cannot drive. BM will have to be solely responsible for all pickup/dropoffs.

BM can't use our address anymore to enroll your child in a convenient school because she wants custody--she'll have to use her own home address. Her district's school is about 30 miles in the opposite direction of where you work. If she wants to have her in this school district, she'll have to pay an out of district fee and pick her up at school.

BF--that's right BM--we're not married--surprise!!!

BF's SS income does not come close to paying all his living expenses, and we're going for it in court that as long as he's a full-time student/his disability and lack of earning potential/the fact that you've never paid a dime to him in the past 7 years he had primary custody--he pays reduced CS. Even if it's ruled he has to pay full the full amount, it's still nothing like she was expecting.

He has a bank account in which he keeps a very low balance--because he's seen this coming. And all credit card statements, other bank accounts, and everything else you demanded is in my name only so IT'S NONE OF YOUR DAMN BUSINESS!!!

He is NOT paying your attorney's fees.

She thought she was going to CS based on a combined income, but I produced a 100 page discovery that showed otherwise. Not that BF doesn't want to take care of his daughter, mind you. He just doesn't want to write your lazy ass a big check every month.
