DH doesn't even know about Spring Break

I assume he thought it was last week - but they are on break this week.

It's not my job/place to tell him when his kids are on breaks. They don't want to see him, so they're not going to advertise it to him.

He's had a couple days off this week and I was dreading him attempting to make plans - that would have been shot down, etc. Then I would have had to deal with a depressed hubby.

But, I don't think he has a single clue they've been off all week. Oh well. If he doesn't care, why should I?

I hear ya. I've been struggling with this a bit lately. DH rarely slacks on stuff with the skids, but when he does, it's SO hard for me not to step in. I just have to say to myself, "If the kid's own parents don't care- either of them- why should I?"

We're stuck with SS14 and SS8 this week. Ugh.
