CS results...whoo-hoo!

After BM requested MORE CS after it was already raised and took my DH to court, after 6 months of deliberation and painful waiting the results are in.....CS GOT LOWERED!! WHOO-HOOO!! The magistrate reviewed what DH was paying vs. what BM was requesting and found that DH was paying too much per the CS calculations! It was also stated that ALL money is to to be paid directly through the system and that any money paid to her was to be considered a "gift" Muahahaha!! No more gifts for you, BM!!
DH and I are going out on a date tonight to celebrate justice! I hope BM cries herself to sleep tonight. Stupid B*itch should have taken the initial raise in CS and been happy!

HA HA that is GREAT! Greedy bm has to reap what she sowed!!! Love it! }:)

I never took my ex back for more CS knowing that he had to take care of them while he had them too. Crazy people!

Wow! In this state the NCP still pays even if it's 50/50!

But congrats! I hope that the next modification will get our CS lowered because it's outlandish now!

YESSSS!!!! CONGRATS!!! This cheered me up just read it happened for somebody!

If it happened to me I would be out of my head deliriously thrilled, and would be probably floating on a wave of esctasy for a week! I'm not even kidding.

Wish it would happen to more greedy, entitled, system-working BM's.
