contact has been forbidden bt GARBAGEBM
Forums:
BM sent a text message to my hubby forbidding him from texting or calling SD16 on her cell phone.
FORBIDDING is the key word!
Her reason is that... He doesnt pay for the service, she does! and repeated the reason 3 times on the same text. UGH!
He knew about this cause the daughter hid the fact that she had a cell phone from her dad, but he knew if pretended otherwise.
And she had given her dad her # but him promise not to tell the mom that he had it or else she would be pissed.
Is she allowed to do that?
u dont know half of the shit
u dont know half of the shit this GARBAgeBM has done and said...
of course SD16 doesnt know any of it...and already shes not nice with her dad...
DAD has been hurt over and over...SD is BM's minime....so imagine...ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
Typically, the dad should
Typically, the dad should have the right to contact his child by phone. Do they have a home phone that they answer regularly or return any messages promptly, if they do, I'd just roll my eyes at the ridiculousness and call that way. If not, then he should have every right to contact her on her cell phone.
And if he's paying child support, well.. he is contributing towards her cell phone service.
nope..........he would have
nope..........he would have to call BM's cellphone...and he really doesnt want that! He loathes her...all the shit shes made our family go through...
In that case I don't see why
In that case I don't see why he can't call the cell phone.
I mean.. within reason. If they don't pay for text messaging services, he shouldn't text, and if she has limited minutes, he should be courteous about stuff like that.. but if they have unlimited everything, then she's just being a psycho bitch because it doesn't cost a penny more for her to let Dad call & text.
STUPID SD16 said that her mom
STUPID SD16 said that her mom pays 80$ a month for her iphone,,,shes got everything unlimited...
meanwhile, BM says CS is not enough! UGHHHHHH
CS is never enough. Until CS
CS is never enough.
Until CS buys BM a big mansion, with a maid, landscaping services, a chef, a new car, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and maybe a pet elephant, CS will not be enough.
SD16 is dressed to the nines,
SD16 is dressed to the nines, iphone, laptop, gold around her neck, nails done every three weeks...Dior makeup...........but yet BM has the galls to tell people that CS is not enough...
I would understand if they would be living in a shack with rotten clothes etc...
But they have a Luxurious life , thanks to her new BF (old neighbor btw, which she left the father of her 3rd kid for)...
CS is for necessities not lUXURY!!!!!!! And thats what they want!!!
Euh? where did u get that dad
Euh?
where did u get that dad got her a cell phone? NO!
The mom got her the phone but she didnt want DAD to know about it!!!!
but evetually she admit it to him and gave her #, but her mom couldnt find out that she did that.
She sent that message cause
She sent that message cause she is pissed at DH...
She sent him an attorney letter asking for 3000$ in extras and she thought he was just gonna give in...Well he didnt!
His LAWYER replied back refusing to pay...SHES FUMING!!!!!
She wants him to call SD16 on BM's cell like that she has control of the situation.
Dont worry, ive kept voice mails, emails, texts from her...that would make her look like the biggest garbage in front of a judge! Shed be accused of Alienation right there! We've been through it all with this GARBAGECAN for the past 12 yrs...
Our State child visitaion
Our State child visitaion laws reccomend that a child have a cell phone to contact the parent freely and frequently as much as possible. check your state laws.
Recommendations are
Recommendations are worthless. A custodial parent can limit a childs activities.
A visitation parent can get a order allowing contact and specifying how and when. Once a night for instance.
I'd recommend Dad txt BM and ask if its worth hiring an attorney. Knowing this one probably so. So is it? Worth the cost that is? He'll get permission no doubt but at what expense?
