oh yes my fh's ex wife had a protective order placed against him for grabbing ahold of her upper arm while pleading with her to stay in the car and talk to him while she was leaving him for another man. it was dropped also. she just had him served with papers to terminate his visitation or require supervised visitation claiming that he takes sd5 to parties with alcohol, leaves her alone with strangers, and jeapordizes her safety when he has her, and it's all completely false. we put so much time and money into lawyers dealing with this woman, but we will go broke fighting her insanity if we have to.
