So this is only the second time I've ever posted here but I feel the need to get out my frustrations with people who totally understand LOL.

SS's "mom" is the typical living with her mother, no job, living off the state, "medical" marijuana smoking, nasty talking, psychotic C U NEXT TUESDAY. We usually call her "the beast".

DH took her to court because she was trying to control when he can see SS and making it this whole dramatically unnecessary situation every week. Well, needless to say the people in court were sexist enough to be in her favor and granted her "physical custody" yet DH is allowed to have him 3-5 days every other week. It pissed her off that he took her to court (you know, because she thinks everything is about HER and not about him getting to see his son) so she "retaliates" by suing him for quote - "child support, back child support, medical bills etc" as if she wasn't planning it all along. This nasty cow LIVES off everyone elses money. It is also a known fact that she parties / uses drugs other than marijuana, but of course nobody has good enough evidence to prove it. This woman didn't want her son on her own birthday and told DH to take him the day before so she could go and party. She also doesn't want to spend Halloween with him so she can go to some rave, which works in our favor because we get to take him trick-or-treating, but really? She disgusts me, it is absolutely pathetic how she calls herself a mother.

Yesterday we went to pick SS up from her and she told him he better sign some document she wrote up herself OR she would not give him SS. The document stated he's going to pay her $150 for the co-pay she (but really her mother) paid for all the 6 times in the last 6 months BM took him to the doctors for no reason whatsoever. Not being very intelligent and calling the cops, he signed her little bullshit letter because he drove 2 hours just to get him and wasn't leaving without SS.

It doesn't sound very legal to me, especially because she used SS as a tool to get what she wanted out of him. She is the scum of the earth. I really want her karma to hit her, I wish there was a way we could make that happen faster. I don't know how much longer I can handle her psychotic presence in our life. She already hates me and doesn't want to talk to me for no reason whatsoever, so we don't even communicate as grown women should be able to. Now she hates me even more for DH and I having another baby. I'm sorry you have to jump through hoops to stay at home and live off everyone else, but some of us actually want a real family. Plus I'm so much more attractive than her.. by a millon galaxies.. just saying. }:)
