For Mothers Day,
What are your plans? I'll see my mom, we'll call MIL, and then I'll be headed out for some fun with some girlfriends to have some drinks. SDs will be with BMs parents.
When we get our drinks, my girlfriends and I will toast all of us SMs for all we do for our guys & their kids!

I'll get breakfast in bed
From all three kids. Then we'll head off to church. When BM has recovered from her hangover enough, we'll take SD (with all her crafts she made for her mom/grandmas) to her house. Then biokids and I will make the rounds delivering the crafts they made to SM, multiple grandmas, step-grandmas, and great-grandmas' houses, stop by the cemetary to pay respects, then head home to plant flowers. Probably a cookout in the evening.
I'm exhausted just thinking about it. Can I join you Anon? Yours sounds much more relaxing!!

BTW, I think it's great that you have your kids acknowledge their stepmother, step-grandparents, great-grandparents, and grandparents. I really wish that more people could be like you!

We'll be going to church, then out to lunch, then my DH has to work (he is temporarily working 4:30pm-1:30am) so I'll be hanging out with my kids!

Weirdly, we have SD16 this weekend. not BM. Wonder what, if anything, we'll do to celebrate StepMother's Day...

No skids this weekend. I am feeling sorry for them thought. Its bad enough that on a normal day they have to clean BM's room and make her bed. I think those poor kids will be slaves for a day (worse than they already are!!)
I will be at work as usual but at least I will have 3 hours of quiet when I get home before I have to be super SM again. I hope you all enjoy it!! Relax if you can.
