Well, we all made it!! My kids flight was canceled on Friday, so my DH & I, and our little one got a hotel in Boston, and watched the snow fall!! We did have a good time, the place was nice, and I got to destress, knowing my kids were flying in the next morning. They made it, but it took forever for them to de-board the plane, cause all the gates were full, there were alot of cancelations, and delays. So we drove home and the snow started again, and got home after 5pm. We got soooo much snow here on the Cape it is unbelieveable. The kids are loving it though, as they have never seen it like this before. So it is snowing again today, and gettin' cold. I'm glad we are all together to enjoy the holidays. Life is good! Smile

Is it my imagination or does there seem to be an awful lot of snow this season? I live on the west coast now and honestly I don't miss the snow or the frigid temps.

OMG.. I am so happy for you.. I kept saying to my dh all weekend.. I hope Chel's kids made it.. ALL WEEKEND.. no joke.

Hopefully they are enjoying playing in the snow. Chel, it took us 4 hrs last night at about 4pm to take the skids from Boston to RI and back.. it was HORRENDOUS!! Sat's roads were WAY better than Sunday's (we had to drive both days.. once to get them and once to drop them off)

I am so glad that your kids arrived safely!! Now get them out in that wonderful New England snow and build a great big snowman!!!
