Darn it hubby is invited to step grandson's birthday party but I'm not. Poor me!!! I'll just have to spend the money I would have spent on the present getting my nails done. }:)

Hubby's response???? "I think I have to work that day." LOL I reminded him it was on a Sunday so he would have to find a new excuse. LOL Me on the other hand I'm off the hook! I do not mind at all.

My step sons step sons birthday was this weekend and SDIL said to me "We were going to invite you and DH but BM just called and says she's coming so ss26 doesn't want us to invite the two of you. I told SDIL that we are all adults and I'm sure we could handle being in the same room together. SDIL then said, "Great, text me around 6:30 and let us know if you're coming!" After she left DH made up some bogus reason not to attend. Apparently DH is still made at BM for the nasty text she sent him on our wedding night several years ago.

Whatever, I'm sure they are all really doing me a huge favor.
