how often were you left alone with bio child for stepchild responsibility?

After you guys had your babies how often were you left alone because of your husbands other obligations? Just curious was it often?

I'm a SAHM, so while FDH is at work I care for my babies, and Wednesday thru Friday I throw SD3 into the mix. Rarely does FDH leave anywhere on the weekends without a child.
