Idiot BM is taking DH to court for more money. She is trying to get more because she has had an additional 2 kids with someone else. Dumb hag, anyway, I went through the paperwork with a fine toothed comb, since DH won't and we found some HILARIOUS discrepancies. She is lying through her mangy teeth and WE HAVE IT SOOOOOO DOCUMENTED. Smile

These lies will get her into some serious hot water and while it may not affect custody issues and her POS attitude, it will get her spanked by a judge and quite possibly charged with fraud.

I CAN'T WAIT. This bitch messed with the wrong BITCH.

I'm hoping this will finally show DH he CAN take his balls back... sigh...

It's usually pretty simple to get a anti-parent alienation clause in any resulting order especially if she's a proven liar as any denials she makes are automatically in doubt. Once in the order if it continues its not that difficult to prove if one wants to go to the trouble - video visiting kid for instance.

Totally agree!

The issue is she is hiding an income earning HUSBAND on the court documents! She is stating that she needs more money so she can get off social assistance... she has NOT claimed an income earner in the household. }:)

Actually, all it will show him is that you can take them for him. What did HE do to take them back? Tuck 'em in your purse, girl - may come in handy one day.

Once I pointed out the discrepancies, he took over and got the supporting documentation to prove she's lying. Yes i nudged, but baby steps, right?

Our BM tried this with us! Key word here is tried... She's as useless as two tits in a nun and it ended with us getting full custody! That bitch messed with the wrong step mom }:)

bm tried to say she didnt have to pay support any more once she had "replacement" children. Ha. That lasted about as long as it took for taxes to come back. Why do people think new babies cancel out or add to child support when they are NOT RELATED to the other party?

YAY! I love when asshole BMs get caught in lies and fraud. Ours has lied and cheated and stolen and manipulated her way the past 12 years. I love the obvious ones. 12 yrs ago in her financial affidavit she said her grocery bill for her and 2 teen boys was $450. Last month she said her grocery bill for just herself is $450. hmmm... and you have backaches why?
