Yay! We won in court!
Hurray! The judge did a simple CA guideline calculation and lowered DH's $2,000 a month CS to $895. We still have the same $500 a month SS, but the judge set a date for us to provide responses to Family Code 4320 and submit a form and she will review it again. Based on the guideline, she said it could be reduced from $500 to $300 a month. DH only grosses about $4000 a month before taxes and the judge was stunned at the amount that he had agreed to (so was I). She did not order payment of any back child support (he would sometimes be unable to pay a couple hundred each momth) even though BM asked for it in the paperwork.
Also - BM kept stating that DH should pay more than guideline CS because he has had medical issues and took a couple vacations with me (including a camping trip with the kids). The judge shut her down on that too:) None of that matters. Hurray!
