100+ days since I have seen SD17....

and I couldn't be happier about it!

I have benefitted from some unusual timing in being away from home for work, and SD17 being away at her perfect bio-daddy's for summer visitation. I can honestly say that I haven't missed SD17 one bit, and that I could certainly go the rest of my life without ever seeing her again. If all the stars line up, I might actually avoid seeing her for a couple of months - that would be sweet!

I know how you feel...every once in a while I get a few days break from SD11 and it is pure heaven...I feel so relaxed and peaceful...like one should in their own home.

jealous. I am happy for your break. I dont get one ever. DH goes out of town on business, I am still with her. I am the other adult in the house ofcourse...ugh. Enjoy your time! I know I would. Smile

It's been almost two years since Prince Hygiene, SS 8 1/2 has PASed out and stop coming to visitation.

His and his older siblings behaviour along with the PASinator Behemoth craftily designing and manipulating behind the scenes has been SO traumatic to me, I don't think I'll ever recover. Should they ever darken my doorstep again, it will be too soon. Sad all the way around and preventable, but no one would listen to me as an experienced parent.
