Can BM sue me for putting her daughter in harms way?

Ok so I was driving in a packed parking lot and backed on the car behind me with my SD in the car. bended the other cars fender a little bit. Nothing on my car. Can she sue me for that?
I cannot believe I did it.. and we are in the middle of a freaking custody battle too.
Does anyone know what I should do?

Nope she doesn't know it yet. But I read that she has the right to sue me for having her child involved in an accident no matter how small.. Now my problem is that we have decided that I will be driving my sd to school and I am afraid the court will not allow me to drive her anywhere from now on.. I have never scratched my car EVER and to have the kid in the car when this happen seems too much to handle..

They were terribly wreckless with it and didn't obey the rules GG made for them (why should they, they don't listen to anything he says and he goes back on consequences)

JJO, how would she even find out about it? Don't ask, Don't tell. Of course, the precious SD might just mention it at any time. If BM asks, tell her it's none of her business... SD is fine.

You owe it to the child to tell the mom about any and all accidents and such. My kids step mother is an evil person and keeps all info from me no matter how big or small. I have not even seen my daughter since 2008 because of her. She tells everyone she knows that I did not have rights before she met my ex, which is total BS. I still have liberal visitation but due to distance and false allegations, I cannot see her or my son. I have not even gotten a Fricken picture of my daughter, due to this evil witch that works in the medical field. So don't become a hateful person like her. You should come out and tell
You should come out and tell her mother. Assuming you informed the other driver and provided them with insurance information then the BM can easily find out what happened. It's better to be upfront and explain you're sorry, it's an accident, you didn't mean to and everyone is find than to make it seem like you were being secretive.
