Some of you may remember me from ages ago, I see some familar names and tons of new people that have signed up. I have been lurking around catching posts here and there when I have a few minutes but things are so busy these days I don't have much time to post. I did want to say hello to everyone, reintroduce myself and hopefully get back to some sharing.

A quick refresher of who I am: DH and I have been married 5 years, together for almost 10. I have two nearly grown teens (both in college) and one 14yr SD that are all with us full time. I came to this site almost two and a half years ago to vent my own frustrations, seek advice from others and give some if I had it but mostly just to be heard.

So many things have happened in the past year its impossible to go into everything in one post and you all would be bored to tears. I won't torture with that stuff now but I will be back posting again. I am looking forward to chatting with you all.

I haven't been on much myself lately, as I took a little hiatus in the spring and just started to post again (Gee, you leave for a little while and so much changes, right?!)

It's nice to see you back and I look forward to see you posting again and letting some of us old-timers know how you've been doing!

So nice of you all to say hello. I have missed being a part of this group. For a while was not sure when/if I should come back. I felt that my posts and responses to others posts were adding to my stress and discontent instead of helping so I took a bit of a break.

I am excited to come back and share what I have learned and get others opinions. I can't say that its been all peaches and cream but things have not been horrible either. There is still tension, disagreement, guilt parenting and general incongruity that have never gone away. We do have less blow ups and more love and appreciation for each other but any time the kids (his or mine) are thrown in the mix it goes to hell in a hand basket pretty quick.

I will start a new blog and get everyone up to date. Thanks again for the warm welcome back!
