Another Skid... Another Crime
SS had his court date today- 2nd OVI (technically weed and not alcohol) in 6 months, driving on suspension, speeding etc.
Looks like he has probation until 2019 and no license until 2019. He has to report to a half way house for work release in the beginning of January for 10 days. I can't figure out if he got jail time. Maybe 168 days? Or it might be suspended. I got all of this online.
Figured since I was looking up court records... looks like OSD got charged AGAIN with theft. She has a court date 12/28 here. Looks like this is something from back in April. Papers were sent to BM's house last week but OSD is living out of state. Not sure if it has something to do with her previous theft charge in another state??? I have seen her on FB talking about they are going to that state in beginning of January and I figured it was court related. Or if this is a new charge? Probably a new charge just because of the date.
As a reminder- OSD is pregnant with her 3rd kid right now :jawdrop:

Okay I just sent SS a text and asked him what happened in court- probation, suspension, counseling for 12 months and 10 day work release program. I think the counseling is much needed.

Hecks no! OSD can sit her ass in jail. You'd think I would be a little less heartless since she has 2 little kids and it's the holidays and all but no way. She deserves everything she gets because she is the one who is a thief. Just like her DH.

As for your SD, what a peach. Thieves are horrible and it seems like they never stop.

As for OSD she's an idiot. 2 (and one on the way) kids to think about and she's out stealing. WTH.
