Ugh I just can't stand the skid...
Not that I'm alone with that. His dad spent the day with him and said he'd been bothering him all day. He's been a real arse for days now. I told him to go out and help his dad this morning-his response " no I'm not doing that". I asked him to please stop eating things that he knows are for supper. His response, " no, ifim hungry I'm going to eat whatever's here.". I tell him not to stay up all nite watching tv he stays up til 5am. We have like 10 kittens and he designated one his and calls it a different name after we already named it. Not that I would even care but every time one of the kids calls it by the name I gave it- he yells, " I don't care what your mom named it. It's _______!!!!!!". He referred to me as "it" the other day.
Some of this stuff I tell dh some I dont. He spanked ss over the "it" thing. He went and made ss help him in the yard. He has no tv privileges, no video games, no cell phone. There's really nothing else to take away from him. He is just bound and determined to be an ass.
Will someone please take him? I'm willing to pay.

Hmm perhaps stop taking away and add to. Hand him a damp sponge and make him clean the baseboards, windex and papertowel next... he can clean all the light switches and electrical outlets... then the windows, inside and out. Then he can vaccum, wash the floors, hand him a tooth brush for the washing the floors and driveway parts }:)

At this very moment SS10 has effectively gotten me to sit elsewhere so he can sit beside his Daaaaaaaaddy!!! Hes got a brand new method to get me to leave now. Its not the usual tactics of which he always does & has done today, such as sitting ON Dad like a baby, in his lap, sitting beside dad while draped over him, pushing me away with his feet, nope.... Hes now moved up to farting several times till it stinks horrridly!!!
Lets hope for both our sakes that these kids knock off their crap!!! The "it" comment makes me wanna knock him in the back of the head for you--- thank goodness your DH didnt put up with it!!

Urgh - not a lot you can do
Urgh - not a lot you can do about most of this. One thing I would do if I were you would be get a fridge/food cupboard with a lock on it to prevent him eating the dinner ingredients.
