want to stop at SS13 flag football on our way to lunch?

That was DH's legit question. FUCK NO was my legit answer, but it seemed to really shock him.

Really? Really DH? Do I REALLY want to go support spoiled little SS13 at his, what was that, FLAG FOOTBALL (what a joke) game?! FUCK NO. I just spent the last 6 months going to a$$hole SS13's indoor, outdoor, and all star football AND I've just spent the last MONTH dealing with your bratty ass kids straight because BM was in rehab and I FINALLY have a completely kid free weekend and you want me to go sit a few seats down from BM in the 40° weather!?

Again FUCK NO. He doesn't acknowledge me when I'm there. He refused to go to our baby shower last Sunday, and he refuses to come to our house because he hates me and DH you're confused as to why my answer would be FUCK NO!??

I used to go to ALL those games. BM would sign skids up for EVERY.ACTIVITY.UNDER.THE.SUN (TM). The skids actually had no interest in these activities. It was very clear she was doing this as a control mechanism to keep Chef from spending any one on one time with skids.

Eventually I told Chef he could go by himself while I got caught up on household chores, etc. I ADORED the time alone expecially after years of seeing his kids "showboat." And by showboat I mean they have no athletic ability but love to be the centre of attention; usually by standing in the middle of the field and high kicking/clowning while the rest of their school team is at the other end of the field getting ready to start a play.

And yes, it was totally embarrassing when I saw the showboating shenanigans but neither parent would put a stop to it--especially not BM who thought anything her oversized "angels" did was "cute."
