Weekend non-lunch

DP did so good this weekend with SD9.

SD9 refused to eat lunch on Saturday. We were out running errands and DP suggested 3 lunch options to SD9. All of which were do-able.

She said "No. I don't want that" to all three.

So DP ended up getting a bag of carrots at the store, handed them to her and said, "Eat these."

YAY! He got a big kiss for that one. He would have never done this even 6 months ago.

...SD9 also refused a couple lunch options the next day. So guess what, no lunch again. Amazing how that works.

It's convincing DP of the fact that they won't die right in front of him if right that moment if they don't eat something. He did so good this weekend with the food thing!

Somehow I even convinced DS9 to eat brocolini (her response, "This is good!) and some chinese greens (she ate it all, but didn't ask for more). Maybe because she was so hungry from no lunch!
