So DH went to trial prep with his lawyer yesterday. BMs updated driving record was pulled and it has only gotten worse. Apparently she was arrested in a local town in 2012 after causing an accident while running a red like and her license was revoked. We never could find anything on Casenet but apparently that Municipality does not report to case net. There were also other charges of driving while revoked and chemical action in a neighboring state as well.

The BM still does not have a lawyer, our lawyer is confident the trial will proceed as scheduled, she said just recently she had a case where a parent knew about the trial for months lost the lawyer they had and never obtained new counsel and the judge proceeded with the trial anyway so fingers crossed!

Both the GAL and our Lawyer believes that this will be a landslide win for DH, so we shall see, Im not getting my hopes up and am internally preparing for the worst so I can be there to support DH if need be......you just never know with the Family court system! Three more days.......
