CO question
The summer schedule reads that BM gets the last two weeks of June for vacation. We get the first two weeks of July and SS gets the last two weeks of July and first two weeks of August to go to my ILs (he has been doing this every year since he was 4 and BM tried to prevent him from going one year so DH had it put in the CO)
SS just texted DH and said "Mom wants to know what time you are picking me up tomorrow" This is technically BMs two weeks. I told DH that it is not his responsibility to remind her this is her vacation time. It is up to her to read the CO and take her time. PLUS he already discussed the whole vacation situation with her last week because her mom and stepdad want to take SS with them to the beach. DH said he was okay with that.
So if she can't remember she can't take him to court over missing her time right?

I feel like he's already
I feel like he's already discussed it with her and it's not his fault if she can't remember it's her vacation. He shouldn't have to hold her hand. She is seriously forgetful. On holidays they switch off who has SS in the morning of the holiday. Every single holiday she asks DH, then a few hours later she asks again, then asks a day or two later and then asks the afternoon before the holiday because she can't remember and doesn't write it down. It's the same with doctors appts. I think she doesn't show up for appts because she can't remember and doesn't care enough to write it down.
DH just talked to BM and she
DH just talked to BM and she said that she told SS to text him because she wants to swap weeks with him and is now pissed because he said no. What I think she was going to do was have DH pick him up and try to say that she didn't get her two weeks so she wants them the first two weeks of July.
Sorry b*tch we already have plans and we are not changing them. We have had this vacation planned for 6 months. I already have a vacation weekend planned for mine and DH's anniversary this year and starting the planning on a vacation weekend for the kids in the winter. It's not our problem she can't plan ahead.
