Interesting story. At least some judges seem to know that the laws are unfair in favor of the BM.

I'm glad to know that judge is onto that BM. My heart goes out to her kids as she is their mother.

Scubed, the kid is 13. Idk if paternity tests were commercially available and affordable 13 years ago. Also, maybe he had no reason to question paternity at that time. Sometimes the truth doesn't come out to years later. So should men automatically assume that the kid isn't theirs and get a paternity test?

I think so, too. I also think that the judges/courts who feel like a child is automatically the husband's if they are married should be unseated. That is ridiculous.
