FSS wears boxer briefs for underwear. And BM only buys him tidy whities. But she makes fun of him telling him, "you wear skirts for underwear"

When FSS came home saying this FDH and I were in disbelief, "are you sure thats what she said?" I asked him. And his sisters answered, "yep" and "uh huh"

I mean what are you supposed to say to a kid after that?
How is a boy supposed to come back from that?

FDH did not say anything to BM about it,... It bothered FDH, but he would never get off the phone with BM if he talked to her every time the kids said she said our did something that bothered him...,

neither one of us knew what to say to the boy about it, other than FDH saying, "brush it off buddy, I wear the same kind of underwear and so does grandpa (FDH DAD)"

pretty sure there are plenty of very manly men out there advertizing for boxer briefs and a lot of them would laugh their tight little buns off at BM skirts hahaha even kilts are sexy and it's easier to call those skirts than boxer briefs. Ask the kid does he think they look like a skirt? Do summer shorts look like skirts? If so then skirts are cool if not then just another chance to form his own opinion outside of BM. You don't have to tell him anything ask him what he thinks.
