Two freackin pigs for stedaughters. What ever happened to being lady like?

My 2 SD's 15 and 17 are freakin pigs. I'm talking about so nasty you won't even believe half this crap. I just got done cleaning their bathroom. I just re decorated it last week. No lie today when I walked in there, there was hair and slimy sludge all over the bathtub. The toilet had a thick shit ring and when I lifted the toilet sit there was splatters of pee. Why would GIRLS have a splatter of pee under the toilet seat? The garbage can was overflowed with bloody pads and food and wrappers with ants all over them. There are two sinks in that bathroom and there was a pile of dirty clothes on top of one sink and there is some kind of pink splatter inside both sinks along with hair and dried toothpaste. These girls are disgusting. Their rooms are like crime scenes. Also their shower head has white crust all over it that I think may be mold.
How can girls be that disgusting? My mom always taught me to be lady like. And my BD who is only six is my little helper. She always helps me do the dishes and is eager to help me clean. The two little pigs are yelled at to clean up time and time again and a day or two later it’s like a bomb went off. They are 13 and 17 with bloody and pooped stained underwear. No lie :jawdrop: Seriously! It’s disgusting. We have full custody because their BM is in jail I am at my wits end.
Oh and hi. I read some or blogs from time to time but today I just had to vent. So HI.

That is incredibly disgusting.

Your DH needs to get off his ass and tell his kids to CLEAN THE DAMN BATHROOM and then stand over them and watch them to it to make sure it gets done. Not your job to deal with his little pigs!

Sounds like some serious rules and consequences need to be put in place.

Make a chore board up like you would for a little kid and if they don't do their chores, you take things away. Cell phones, laptops, ipods, friends over, dinners out, whatever.

That is digusting!! Do what I did. My SS used to destroy his room and bathroom in a similar manner. Finally I got fed up...I took the trash from the bathroom and his bedroom, dumped it on his bed. Then I took cleaning spray and sprayed his desk after brushing everything to the floor. His father was ineffective. it took my a year of anger but I did it. Now he doesn't cross me. I refuse to be treated that way.

All three of my teen SKs are filthy as well. They leave towels and dirty clothes on the floor, put their disgusting sneakers on the furniture, leave their belongings strewn all over our home, throw trash and wrappers on the floor instead of the trash can, leave dirty cups and dishes everywhere, and almost every time they visit they leave behind a toilet seat smeared with poo in their bathroom and dirty underwear on the floor with poo smeared inside the underwear (they've been told multiple times to use wet wipes). Since I refuse to wash their poopy garments in the same laundry that cleans my and DH's clothing, I simply place them back in their drawers with the rest of their clothes. Someday they'll learn to wipe themselves. It's too bad their mom wasn't successful in teaching them, but it sure isn't my job.

I'm very lucky in that DH shares the cleaning duties and doesn't stick me with all of it, even though he works FT and I only work PT.
