I haven't been logging for the past couple weeks and could not help but notice that several posters who where quite active before, have suddenly disappeared. Did I miss something? Were people deleted?

Some leave voluntarily and delete their accounts. Others are deleted (banned) by Admin. Some of those reincarnate.

And some of those who voluntarily leave come back when they realize we were right - or when they are convinced that they weren't wrong and want to "share" their "rightness".

Do you remember their names or situation? 

Sometimes we figure out that they are dramatic fake trolls and call them out. Some get mad because they don't like the advice given and leave.

People always make new accounts on here. Couple of people on here make new account every few months. Usually when they don't like what others have to say. Sometimes might be for privacy issue though

I had a different account when I was in my previous marriage. I logged in and just read my old posts and cried and made a new account. My life changed so much from then. I was on Steptalk about 8yrs ago until I got out of that relationship. Took a break for about 3 yrs and now I have been back for a couple.

I was "tog" on here from around 2012-2015 or so, then I deleted that account. Came back in 2018 when SS returned from alienation.

I was on here from 2008 to 2014 when I was tangled up in my exstep he$$. When I left my ex, I stopped going on to this site, wasn't relevant anymore. Ive met my now husband in 2015 and got married in 2016 but didn't think of rejoining as i don't have the kind of stepfamily issues (at the moment I don't, not to say I might not develop some issues later), I came across this site again by accident and wanted to see what was up. It seemed all old members were gone but I started reading and got hooked again lol 

When I first rejoined with a new name I got several PMs from people remembering my crazy exYSD stories and asking if it was me. Lol I was impressed people remembered me. Some of my stories were quite memorable. In the last year of my ex stephe&& my exYSD moved in with us and I only survived a year.      I could write a book about events of just that one year. 

it didn't make sense to me to get back on here with old account plus I think I maybe deleted it. I was "stepdown" then

Im still around.  I check in every few days.  I get sick of posting the same shit on a different day.  Lots of people know my story and they don't need to hear it again.  SD17 has been surprisingly pleasant.  I don't know if it's because she is back togehter with the guy she started seein last fall.  She was pleasant and then they broke up and she was awful, like more awful than usual. Now she is seeing him again so I guess she just needed to get laid. Im hoping SD21 is moving out we'll see.  She is passive aggressively awful.  The little skids SS13 and SS11 do what they want when they want because I am disengaged and DH is a piss poor parent.
