Follow you around from room to room???? OMG I am always a little tense and irritated on Mondays when SD is coming home. But it's worse because she follows me around constantly. I get home from work spend a few minutes with her catching up and talking. Then I need my time to change and relax after a long day of work. She follows me around constantly. The poor thing is starved for attention. Her BM ignores her most of the time so SO and I have to be by her side 24/7 or she feels sad :?
She is 13 but she acts more like a 6 year old. I love her dearly but my bios were never this needy and I am losing my mind :O

Your BIOS also had you as their mom. Could your SD want the same type of relationship with you as your BIOS? My SS is almost always up my six when his dad is not home. He came in my bedroom at least three times tonight when I was trying to have a private phone call with my mom.
In my SS case his BM ignores him quite a bit unfortunately and he just came back from being with her last night.

YES! And it's always followed by my bs calling out "Mom? Mom? Mom?" and the Skids calling out my name. And when I answer them, they just want to know what room I'm in or what I'm doing.
Reminds me of the Family Guy episode where Stewie is following Lois around "Mom? Mom? Mommy? Mom?"..."What?"...."Hi".
This gets so annoying from
This gets so annoying from SO's kids that when I'm doing school stuff SO tells them to leave me be and they still come ask a zillion times I answer once after that I just flat out tell them to go away I'm busy and if they come back knocking on my door they will stand in time out. they must really like standing with their nose on the wall cause last time SO had to step up to a swat on the behind. Going to start sitting in my car down the street on my laptop or add cursing to the go away bit.
