update on me

i haven't been on here in a long time, but sd24 will be moving out. dh and i talked to her and told her that we just don't have room for our 3 minor kids, + her and 2 kids (sharing a room) and that we're not ok with that + me being the only one working and a 300 elec bill 2 months in a row, etc

so (i know i know burn me) she got her student loan in yesterday, paid our car payment (was almost up for repo), and will be leaving after she gets this next disbursement of foodstamps (to help us with final bills). and using the rest of her student loan to rent a car, and head 12 hrs east of us.

it can't come fast enough, i'm SOOOO ready to have my house back!

yes, i agree it should've happened a long time ago, i just couldn't fathom (regardless the circumstances) of throwing a pg woman with child out on the streets (especially the child)

Very happy for you.

I love the part about the 12 hours away. It will make it more real than down the street or something closer.

it's the way it was before, she was 12 hrs away to begin with (she's going back to the area that she grew up in)
